I started having personal training sessions with Vic in July ‘19 after months of debating whether to or not. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. I used to absolutely hate any sort of exercise, I would start up memberships and never go! Then I stumbled across Victoria Hudson! I have been training with her for 3 1/2 years now and it’s not just a place to exercise and get fit, it’s also a social life! I joined in July 2019 after really never sticking to any kind of gym/exercise routine in the past and I’m so glad I did. From the first personal training session there was no judgement and I was made to feel welcome straight away by Vic and everyone who trains here. I can honestly say I never thought I would find myself exercising all the way through my recent pregnancy (most of which during lockdown at home with a toddler) but I did and felt the benefits during and after pregnancy. Before I started training with Victoria I had no structure or support, I would go to the gym and give 60% effort and starve myself all week, only to undo any weight loss at the weekends. I first started training with Vicki in 2015, I wasn’t overweight but I wasn’t happy with how I looked and felt and I wanted to build my strength and ‘tone up’. Within the first 4 weeks I saw a massive change in myself, I was enjoying training and eating a lot more than I did before! In that period I started to see physical changes which just made me want to do more. I stayed with Vicki for 3 years and I was even inspired to complete a personal training diploma myself. I have learnt so much from her, and I have continued with my fitness journey since I started with her. She’s very knowledgeable and is able to adjust sessions and nutrition tips for you based on your goals and the group of ladies she trains are so supportive its like a family. I have recently started back with S75 Fitness as I was in need of motivation. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and she adjusts the sessions for me so I can join in whilst still getting a fabulous workout in. Vicki is a huge support and training with other like-minded women makes it so easy to enjoy working out! Every personal training session is fun, we all have a laugh whilst putting the work in. She gets the results you want if you are willing to put the work in!

This place is the best. I’ve been coming since Sept 2017 and have never looked back. Previously I’ve never stuck to any kind of exercise, but I can’t imagine life without S75 now. Victoria has managed to create a safe and friendly space where women can come and exercise without judgement. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, no one compares or competes with you. It’s OK if you’re not the fastest or the strongest, you’re just encouraged to do your best and push yourself.
