- All payments for services provided by EmpowerHER Health and Fitness are to be made in advance and processed securely through Stripe.
- Payment is required in full before the commencement of any service or program.
- All payments are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days' notice to cancel any membership, session package, or program. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a full payment being processed for the next billing cycle.
3. Use of Services
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary physical fitness and health to participate in EmpowerHER Health and Fitness programs.
- Clients must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by EmpowerHER Health and Fitness for the safe and effective use of its facilities, equipment, and services.
- Access to services such as online content, classes, and coaching sessions may require login credentials, which are confidential and should not be shared with others.
4. Liability Waiver
- By participating in any EmpowerHER Health and Fitness program or service, clients acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to injury or death due to physical exertion, equipment malfunction, or personal health conditions.
- Clients agree to release and hold harmless EmpowerHER Health and Fitness, its employees, coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in its programs or services.

Participant Agreement and Policies
1. Assumption of Risk:
Participants in programs offered by EmpowerHER Health and Fitness, including but not limited to strength and conditioning training and high-intensity workouts, acknowledge the strenuous nature of these activities. Participants understand and accept the inherent risks, including potential injury or death, associated with such activities. EmpowerHER Health and Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence, equipment malfunction, or medical conditions.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability:
Participants agree to waive any liability claims against EmpowerHER Health and Fitness, its employees, coaches, and volunteers for injuries or damages that may arise during or as a result of participation in our programs. Participants accept financial responsibility for any injuries caused by their negligence and indemnify EmpowerHER Health and Fitness from liability for injuries to themselves or others.
3. Payment and Refund Policy:
All payments for programs, memberships, and sessions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Participants agree to make all payments in advance via our designated payment methods. Once a participant has enrolled and commenced participation in any program, no refunds will be issued, regardless of any misunderstandings about start dates or program schedules. EmpowerHER Health and Fitness does not provide refunds for cancellations, missed sessions, or any other reasons.
4. Privacy and Use of Media:
Participants consent to the use of their photographs, videos, or likeness for promotional purposes by EmpowerHER Health and Fitness. This consent is irrevocable once media featuring the participant has been used.
5. Termination of Services:
Participants may terminate their membership or participation in programs by providing one month's written notice. Notice must be delivered via email or a written letter. Failure to provide the required notice will result in continued billing for an additional month.
6. Compliance:
Participants acknowledge that they have thoroughly read and understood these policies. By participating in our programs or using our facilities, participants agree to comply with all stated policies and procedures.
